A partir da próxima segunda-feira, 6 de maio, as concessões rodoviárias administradas pela Arteris começam a cobrar tarifas de pedágio dos eixos suspensos de veículos pesados carregados, como caminhões e carretas. Essa medida afeta as rodovias em cinco estados, incluindo o Paraná, onde estão localizadas as concessionárias Litoral Sul (BR-116/PR e BR-376/PR), Planalto Sul (BR-116PR) e Régis Bittencourt (BR-116/PR). Além disso, a cobrança se estende às concessionárias Fernão Dias (BR-381/MG e SP), em Minas Gerais e São Paulo, e Fluminense (BR-101/RJ), no Rio de Janeiro.
A verificação dos veículos será automatizada, utilizando sistemas de identificação instalados nas praças de pedágio, que irão verificar a existência de documentos fiscais eletrônicos. Se os documentos estiverem em vigor, a cobrança será feita considerando todos os eixos do veículo, mesmo que alguns estejam suspensos.
Com essa iniciativa, a Arteris se junta a outras concessões sob fiscalização da ANTT que já implementaram esse sistema automatizado, conforme legislação federal e resoluções da ANTT. A expectativa é que essa tecnologia seja expandida para todos os trechos sob concessão federal.
Para simplificar o processo, os transportadores podem utilizar o aplicativo Nota Fiscal Fácil para gerenciar o Manifesto Eletrônico de Documentos Fiscais diretamente do celular, sem a necessidade de certificado digital.
