Recentemente a prefeita de Colombo, Beti Pavin, assinou a liberação para o início das obras de pavimentação na Rua do Carvalho, no bairro Monte Castelo.
Os serviços já estão sendo executados pela Prefeitura de Colombo, por meio da Secretaria de Obras e Viação, com recursos do programa de financiamento do Banco Regional de Desenvolvimento do Extremo Sul.
Atualmente, os serviços se concentram na escavação e drenagem, para que a Rua do Carvalho possa receber o novo asfalto. O investimento total na obra será de R$ 924.793,74, em uma extensão de 631,48 metros, entre o trecho da Estrada da Ribeira (BR-476) até a Rua Bom Senhor.
O cronograma contempla ainda a execução da base, sub-base, meio fio, passagem de pedestres, veículos, sinalização, paisagismo e demais serviços complementares.
“Estamos trabalhando firme para pavimentar o maior número de ruas possível e, assim acabar com os problemas de poeira e barro, que tanto preocupam a população”, destaca o Secretário de Obras e Viação, Agnaldo Santos.
