A eletromobilidade, a multimodalidade e um novo sistema de bilhetagem são os próximos passos de Curitiba para a modernização da Rede Integrada de Transporte. Os planos da cidade neste campo foram destacados pelo prefeito Rafael Greca, na tarde desta quinta-feira, dia 30 de maio, em palestra no 7º Fórum Paranaense de Mobilidade Urbana, no Salão de Atos do Parque Barigui.
A platéia formada por técnicos em mobilidade de todo o estado do Paraná, vereadores e secretários municipais, Rafael Greca destacou a aprovação, pela Comissão de Financiamentos Externos, de um crédito de R$ 739 milhões para projetos socioambientais e de transporte.
O prefeito também destacou o credenciamento, pela Urbanização de Curitiba, de empresas para a venda de créditos do sistema de transporte coletivo de Curitiba para o novo sistema de bilhetagem. “A tecnologia nos permite retirar o dinheiro de circulação no sistema de transporte. Quanto menos dinheiro houver disponível em estações e nos veículos, mais rapidamente nos livraremos da microcriminalidade motivada pelo uso de drogas”, disse.
Segundo Rafael Greca, as ações de mobilidade em Curitiba seguem o princípio da valorização do que é projetado e produzido pela cidade. Ele citou como exemplo o êxito do BRT (Bus Rapid Transit) e as possibilidades de avanços a partir da estrutura da Rede Integrada de Transporte.
“Sustentável dentro da nossa realidade é aquilo que a gente consegue pagar. O custo do quilômetro do BRT é mil vezes menor que o de um metrô e cem vezes menor que de um VLT”, observou.
Ele citou a importância da renovação da frota de transporte. Nesta sexta-feira, dia 31 de maio, serão entregues mais 14 novos ônibus. “Quando entrei a frota estava sucateada, hoje está renovada. Amanhã chegaremos a 262 novos veículos e serão 450 até 2020.”
Inter 2
Parte dos recursos externos garantidos por Curitiba são para o financiamento do projeto Inter 2, de reestruturação viária, implantação de novos corredores para os ônibus e de um novo modelo de estações, climatizadas e auto-sustentáveis. A linha, que é a mais carregada entre as que circulam fora das canaletas exclusivas, deverá ser a primeira da cidade a contar com veículos movidos a energia limpa.
“Fixamos 2025 como o horizonte para a eletromobilidade e o Inter 2 integra este processo. São ações convergentes aos projetos de Curitiba contra o aquecimento global, que constam também nas prioridades do Grupo de Cidades do C40, do qual fazemos parte.”
O avanço da micromobilidade, com patinetes e bicicletas compartilhadas, e do plano de estrutura cicloviária como componentes multimodais do transporte foram destacados no Fórum Paranaense de Mobilidade Urbana. “A ideia é acoplar estações de micromobilidade aos terminais de transporte, de forma que pelo próprio sistema de bilhetagem seja possível acessar esses veículos”, disse Greca.
Na opinião dele, o tempo dos governos é o tempo de fazer. “A burocracia é um conjunto de redes tricotadas por pessoas sem imaginação que querem infelicitar as cidades, os estados e o país para que não se exerça a inteligência e para que a criatividade não flua. O segredo de Curitiba, quando desenhou o sistema de transporte no Instituto de Pesquisa e Planejamento Urbano de Curitiba, foi o de usufrur da alegria de fazer.”
Nova bilhetagem
A ampliação da rede de venda e carregamento de créditos em cartão-transporte facilita a vida dos passageiros e deve reduzir significativamente a circulação de dinheiro nos ônibus, nas estações-tubo e nos terminais.
As empresas RecargaPay e Qiwi já apresentaram a documentação exigida no edital da Urbanização de Curitiba. Outras empresas poderão se credenciar até 20 de junho de 2021 e ampliar ainda mais as opções de compra e recarga para quem utiliza o transporte público na cidade.
Com o início da operação das empresas credenciadas, os passageiros poderão fazer o carregamento do cartão-transporte por meio de venda assistida (com operador), máquina de auto-atendimento, aplicativos móveis, websites, totens, garantindo mais praticidade, conforto e segurança ao sistema de transporte.
De acordo com o presidente da Urbanização de Curitiba, Ogeny Maia, a bilhetagem representa uma modernização da cobrança. “É uma medida com tripla finalidade: possibilitar o avanço tecnológico, aumentar a segurança de profissionais e passageiros com a retirada de dinheiro vivo de circulação e dar sustentabilidade financeira ao transporte público”.
Hoje, a venda de créditos ocorre na própria Urbanização de Curitiba, que tem sede na Rodoferroviária, no site da empresa e em locais credenciados, como bancas de jornal.
Fórum de mobilidade urbana
Na tarde desta quinta-feira, foi eleita a direção do Fórum Paranaense de Mobilidade. Na presidência está Ogeny Pedro Maia Neto, presidente da Urbanização de Curitiba; na vice-presidência de Transportes, Arielly Dantas, de Campina Grande do Sul; e o vice-presidente de Trânsito, Samir Moussa, de Campo Largo.
Nas coordenações regionais estão Leônidas Martins Júnior, de Paranaguá; Jair Gonçalves da Rocha, de Pato Branco; Antônio Carlos Lopes Mendes, de Apucarana; e Cristiane Coelho, de Palmas.
Para a superintendente de Trânsito de Curitiba, Rosângela Battistella, o Fórum Paranaense de Mobilidade Urbana é importante para a troca de experiências entre as cidades. “O que deu certo para uma cidade pode ser multiplicado para outras, fazendo as devidas customizações.”
O evento segue nesta sexta-feira com palestras e debates e a presença do secretário nacional de Mobilidade Urbana, Jean Carlos Pejo.
